I am a dual degree PhD-MPH candidate in the Department of Sociology, Emory University and the Department of Behavioral Science, Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University.
Prior to joining Emory University, I worked on global United Nations and multilateral efforts to prevent violence against women. Broadly, my research focuses on how discrimination and stigma manifest in and across different societies and cultural contexts to reproduce structural inequalities and impede the health and well-being of marginalized groups.
